How To Deal With Self-Judgement

We can spend so much time and energy trying to avoid being judged in some kind of way by other people. We feel the judgement will diminish us, make us smaller, weaker, or even destroy us.

But if you sit, even when by yourself, and let yourself be judged in any way, without resistance, as an experiment, it will become clear that judgement will only diminish the small psychological identity, and that in fact this diminishment opens you up to what you really are, which is not harmed or lessened by any type of judgement, good or bad.
