If you hear people speaking in a language that you don’t understand, then of course it sounds meaningless. Just a load of sounds and syllables appearing and disappearing again.
But when we first learn a language, this practical tool of communication becomes an entire world that we begin to think is real. But the language is not a fair interpretation of the world. It is just an attempt to understand it.
See the limitations of language, how it is just sounds given meaning, how it can not possibly be a fair interpretation of the universe that created it. Get out of the human viewpoint for a moment.
