My question also relates to feeling breathless in meditation. I practice meditation and feel very relaxed. My mind becomes calm and quiet. After some time I feel breathless. There are no thoughts and mind is very calm but I don't feel any breath. I don't know what to do. Should I continue doing meditation when feeling breathless?
Don't do anything. So, rather than feeling "out of breath" as in breathing quickly trying to get air, you are just unaware of your breath? That's fine. At a certain point you may lose all awareness of bodily activities in meditation, and that's fine. Let all of this be. The breath may even stop for a while, which is natural.
