If energy is trapped,
It wants to be let out.
So if someone gets angry,
They feel they want to shout.
And if they feel in pain,
They want it out of them.
So easily if someone’s hurting,
They’ll even shout at friends,
Or family or loved ones that
They’d never like to hurt,
But when pain lives and is identified with,
It takes over someone’s nerves,
And covers their eyes and rules their thoughts
So they can no longer see,
The pain that they are distributing
To those in their vicinity.
If this happens in you, just notice it,
Without trying to condemn.
And as you no longer interpret it,
Pain-spreading comes to an end.
And if you see it in others,
Who are apparently just rude,
You can notice they are trapped
In a mental servitude.
Perhaps even an illness,
Infected by a mind
That lives within and demonises
Everything inside.
If someone was possessed by something,
Or sleepwalking in the night,
And they insulted you or even
Tried to offer you a fight,
You may still act, even fight back
Who can predict such things?
But the difference would be you’d no longer take
Their actions personally.
It seems people have volition
Over what they think and feel,
Over how they act and what they say,
Be it stupid, fake or real.
But psychic energies influence,
Invisible to the eye.
It’s still quite rare for a person
To be free from a painful mind.
But noticing things aren’t so personal,
That people just react,
According to impulses that
Present their thoughts as facts -
It will no longer hit you so hard,
Or be kept inside your core.
And you’ll not have to cling on to drama,
Because honestly, you’ll be bored.
Interest keeps you stuck to things
That you may not wish to stick.
So lose interest in all the mess,
And you won’t suffer a thing.
