A Guided Meditation to Help Alleviate Suffering
A meditation that will not necessarily eradicate pain, but aims to at least dissolve the suffering associated with it.
Much of our suffering comes from resistance, from internally fighting the pain in an attempt to be free of it. All this resistance does is fuel the pain and intensify the suffering.
If we can allow pain to be, without interpreting it and without believing we are the personal sufferer, then suffering is weakened.
